In today’s business world, customers / users face difficulties to take back-up or make changes to data in cloud-based applications like Salesforce, NetSuite etc. Data needs to be replicated from all objects or a specific object with full load or partial load based on the business requirements. Salesforce Users/Customers face performance issues with image formulas in Salesforce Lightning. Images can be stored in documents and can be used in Salesforce Classic and Lightning, but it is not efficient since most of the time it requires multiple page refreshes to make the image appear in Salesforce Lightning.

Salesforce has limited support for “Search” functionality. Users can only search values stored in the text fields/controls. Salesforce users cannot search values in Multi-Select objects as it is not supported. Multi-Select values are stored as text strings separated by semicolons in the database.
